Had a lovely lady from reception help us with our luggage and show the room. Very tidy & clean and extra/new towels was easily arranged with the Sonder app. Great bus connections to the city centre and Camden Market is very close by. Would have like some shelf space and a bedside lamp, but even without those things I had a good time here.
It was my first stay at Sonder’s and it was great! The room was very clean and warm and just the right space for one person (not too small not too big) Everything in the bathroom worked perfectly (warm water with good pressure) Staff members helpful and polite
We had an amazing stay! Checking in was super quick and easy, the staff helped us to store our luggage until we could enter our room. The room was very nice and clean, felt very homey and spacious. The bathroom was good but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay if space is very important to you. Air conditioning was very easy to use and cooled down very quickly, which was great since we had 34 degrees outside. The bed was very comfortable and I can’t agree with other peoples comments on the mattress being too hard. The location was good, astonishingly quiet for being close to the center. With multiple bus lines u could travel very easily to kings cross and further. The bakery “bread by bike” had great coffee and baked goods within walking distance (3 minutes). Checking out staff helped us again to store our luggage until we had to get our flight. All in all we didn’t want to leave and me and my mom would love to come back as quick as possible. Great location with access on the 29/390 buses into the centre. This was my second occasion staying with Sonder Camden. Realized wherever you are, you will always hear showers and water running from neighboring rooms. And door slamming in the corridor, largely due to the large gap under the room door. Reported a broken shower handle first morning Friday, still wasn't fixed by the time I left Sunday. Otherwise, room and bed linen were clean. The pros outweigh the cons. Would come back.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The location is amazing, you have a bus right outside the hotel & Kentish Town/Camden Road are nearby. It‘s only a 15 minute walk to Camden Lock. The area feels very safe & quiet. The room was very clean, had all the necessary amenities & was really nice for UK standards. Another thing I want to point out is that the receptionists Vanessa and Kaja were so kind and lovely, I had the best banter with them and felt like I really had a home away from home. When I‘m back in London, I will definitely book this place again.
We had to find a last minute, middle of the night place to stay after our previous booking fell through. We got there at 2am and we were helped not only by front desk, but by what I assume the developer. I don't know their names, but they were extremely kind and got us through to one of the available rooms. The hotel is great, well located and the room is very comfortable and clean. Only good things about this stay.
It was an amazing stay with Sonder, per usual. I loved how helpful each staff member was and how they offered different locations to visit. My only reason for not giving the rooms 4 stars is because the bathroom is extremely cold and the water didn’t get as hot as I’d like.
